How do I find my size?

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to read our returns policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay comfortably with Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit cards.

Or you can pay via quick checkout methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.

We also accept American Express credit cards.

Shipping

What are the delivery times?

All orders are delivered within 24-48 hours from the shipping date.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the link to track your order.

Returns and refunds

Can I make a return?

You can make a return within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Simply contact us by clicking here and filling out the form.

We recommend trying on the costumes wearing underwear and not altering or washing the costume in any way. Return requests for altered, washed or damaged products will not be processed.

I made a return, how long until I will receive the refund?

Once approved, your return will be processed and you will receive a refund to the payment method you used to place the order.

If you paid by credit card, your refund may take 3-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Why was my return not approved?

Returns are only approved if the goods are returned intact, undamaged and unwashed.

Once your return has been received, the goods will be assessed by our team who will contact you to proceed with the refund, or to inform you of the reason why your return has not been processed.
